Sign here to acknowledge that you have read and agree to these guidelines for adoption: Clear the top of and ten feet on either side of the storm drain and inlet of trash and debris. To prevent injury, do not attempt to lift or remove the grate or cover. Work from the sidewalk and stay out of the street when possible. Keep and eye on traffic and do not enter roadway when it is present. Wear a bright reflective work vest or bright-colored clothing. Wear gloves and use tools to reach for objects, not your hands. Always sweep, rake or shovel glass. Never pick up sharp objects with your hands. Never touch medical or hazardous waste (including hypodermic needles, automotive fluids, unknown fluids/materials). Report these hazards to admin@blueearthproject.org. In consideration for being allowed to participate in this Activity, I release from liability and waive my right to sue Blue Earth Project, their employees, officers, volunteers and agents from any and all claims, including claims of negligence, resulting in any physical injury, illness (including death) or economic loss I may suffer or which may result from my participation in this Activity, travel to and from the activity (including air travel), or any events incidental to this activity.
