Surface water contains excess levels of nitrates, phosphates, fecal matter, and mercury. Up to 40x the drinking standard.
Due to contaminated surface and ground water, we drill 700 feet below surface to access clean water from the Mt. Simon aquifer.
Seven rivers flow in and only one flows out. We are considered the largest contributors to the Gulf of Mexico nitrate dead zone.
